OUR PASTOR

Michael Kamara is a pastor, chaplain and Biblical Counselor. He is the founder and lead pastor of Purpose Focus Ministry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC and a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Apex School of Theology in Durham, NC. He is happily married to his best friend Roseline E. Kamara.

Pastor Michael and Roseline live in Kannapolis, NC with their son and daughter, Myklynn and Micaiah. 

 

Michael is passionate about preaching the gospel to people because he believe his relationship with God is the reason for everything that he has accomplished in his life. He is known as a man of purpose, prayer and a teacher of God’s Word. 

 

Pastor Michael believes every individual on earth has a purpose and he wants people to know that their mistakes cannot cancel their destiny if they surrender their lives to Jesus. 

 

He wants people to know that God deposited everything they need to accomplish their purpose within them.  But they must reconnect with Him in order for them to discover those hidden treasures. This is the secret to releasing their untapped potential.  Michael relaxed and comfortable personality makes him a steady presence in his counseling session, clinical setting and ministry.
